Discover the power of five minutes of daily synchronization, when people from all over the world simultaneously turn their attention to their inner essence. In difficult times, when many of us are tired of conflicts and feel fear for the future, it is so important to find a moment to just be with yourself. Your religion, teachings, or views do not matter here - every day we open the path to peace and harmony together, devoting just five minutes to ourselves. Join at the same time to plunge into silence for a brief moment and feel the uniting warmth of the community of hearts.
Even five minutes of conscious pause reduce stress levels, help to better understand yourself and maintain inner balance. And when many people around the world do this at the same time, a sense of belonging and uniting power arises.

How it works:


Watch the timer at the top of the page. When it reaches "00:00:00", a five-minute window for joint practice begins.
During these 5 minutes, choose your favorite technique or use one of the suggested ones.
Try not to get distracted: find a quiet place, turn off unnecessary notifications.
If your mind starts to wander, gently return to the sensations in your body or to the heart area - depending on the technique you are using.

Heart Breathing

Heart Breathing

Take a comfortable position, close your eyes.
Focus on the heart area - imagine that you are breathing through it.
Inhale and exhale smoothly, of equal duration (4-5 seconds).
Feel warm emotions (gratitude, love) and let them spread freely throughout your body.

Body Scan

Body Scan

Sit or lie down, close your eyes.
Slowly run your attention from top to bottom, noting any bodily sensations (tension, tingling, warmth).
Do not evaluate, do not try to change anything. If you get distracted, gently return to the place where you stopped.

Body Expansion

Body Expansion

Take a comfortable position and calm your breathing.
Feel the rhythm of the heart. With each beat, imagine that a warm wave spreads from the center of the chest to the fingertips and beyond the body.
Allow the feeling of soft "expansion" to fill the entire space around.
